Ned was Chief Financial Officer and a strategic leader in the creation and growth of Xperience Restaurant Group from 2018 to 2024. In 2022, Ned was named “CFO of the Year” by the Orange County Business Journal, and in 2023 he was named one of Orange County’s 500 Most Influential People for his role in XRG’s turnaround and exponential growth.
Ned launched The Multipli Group in January 2024 to provide fractional CFO and executive advisory services to restaurant groups including Zov’s Bistro, Starfish Hospitality Group, Wahlburgers, Flecha Cantina by Mark Wahlberg, and Hard Eight BBQ.
